SOUTH CAROLINA STATE CONSTABLES’ ASSOCATION

The South Carolina State Constables’ Association is a registered 501c3 non-profit organization and all donations are tax deductible in accordance with applicable IRS rules. We are volunteer state law enforcement officers but we have to pay for our own training, uniforms and equipment. We are uncompensated per state law. We work along side agency officers in helping in providing vital law enforcement assignments. We are uniformed and armed with full police powers within South Carolina.

Our goal is to defray cost of uniforms and equipment of our volunteer officers and in purchasing additional equipment in order to enhance our law enforcement capabilities.
