FRIENDSHIP, FELLOWSHIP AND PURPOSE

“The purpose of the District III South Carolina State Constables Association is to encourage accountability and professionalism through quality training opportunities for our Constables in support of various law enforcement agencies in the Upstate of South Carolina.”

Members represent 4 counties in the Upstate: Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson and Oconee. State Constables typically volunteer with agencies within these counties and can assist up to 15 agencies.
